Ignition Point Terms of Purchase
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
By purchasing an Ignition Point membership, workshop, course, program, event, digital product, coaching offer, service, or other paid offering, you agree to these Terms of Purchase and any offer-specific terms presented at checkout.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete the purchase.
2. Educational Nature of Ignition Point
Ignition Point provides education, tools, frameworks, resources, community support, and opportunities for implementation.
Ignition Point does not guarantee any specific business, financial, career, audience, sales, revenue, or other result.
Your results depend on many factors, including your decisions, implementation, effort, experience, market conditions, audience, offer, timing, and individual circumstances.
3. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
Any examples, stories, testimonials, case studies, revenue references, or results discussed by Ignition Point are illustrative only.
They are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
You are responsible for evaluating opportunities, testing ideas in the market, making your own decisions, and implementing what you learn.
4. Refund Policy
Unless a specific offer states otherwise at checkout, refund requests for Ignition Point memberships and workshops may be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase.
For recurring memberships, the 30-day refund period applies only to the initial purchase and does not restart with monthly renewals.
Refund requests must be submitted to:
Any offer that has different refund terms will clearly disclose those terms before purchase.
5. Recurring Membership Billing
The Ignition Point Membership is currently offered at $47 USD per month unless a different promotional price is clearly shown at checkout.
Membership subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged automatically for each renewal until cancellation.
Promotional discounts or coupon codes may affect the initial or ongoing amount only as specifically stated when the coupon is applied.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring Ignition Point membership at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for previous payments.
Access may continue through the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Instructions for managing the subscription may be available through the Ignition Point Client Portal or by contacting:
7. Access to Memberships and Digital Content
Access to digital programs, courses, communities, resources, and other membership materials is provided for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise expressly stated.
Login credentials and member access may not be shared, resold, transferred, or distributed to others.
8. Intellectual Property
Ignition Point materials—including the Builder Assessment, Builder Types, frameworks, methodologies, course content, worksheets, videos, graphics, prompts, training materials, community resources, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Ignition Point.
Purchase or membership provides a limited right to use the materials for your own personal or business development.
You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, teach, license, copy, or commercially exploit Ignition Point materials without written permission.
9. Community Participation
Ignition Point community spaces are intended to support productive learning, implementation, connection, and collaboration.
Members are expected to interact respectfully and not use the community for harassment, spam, unauthorized solicitation, unlawful conduct, or misuse of other members’ information.
Ignition Point may restrict or terminate community access when reasonably necessary to protect members, the community, or the integrity of the program.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Ignition Point may use third-party services for payment processing, email, community access, course delivery, technology, scheduling, analytics, and other business functions.
Availability or performance of third-party systems may occasionally affect access or delivery.
11. Your Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own business, financial, legal, tax, marketing, career, and other professional decisions.
Ignition Point education and community support are not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
12. Changes to Programs or Services
Ignition Point may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or discontinue particular materials, features, resources, schedules, or components as the business and membership evolve.
Any material changes affecting an active paid offer will be handled reasonably and communicated when appropriate.
